| President: Harold Ramirez hands2feet@hotmail.com 602.369.8991 Harold Ramirez is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Associate Polarity Practitioner. He received his Reflexology and Polarity Diploma from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2002, Professional Certificate in Direct Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1987 and Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University in 1981. Harold is a member of the International Council of Reflexologists, the Reflexology Association of America, the Arizona Reflexology Association and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. He maintains a private practice in the Scottsdale area and is dedicated to gaining recognition of reflexology as a profession in the alternative medicine field. Vice President: Pending Treasurer: Mary Leifel maryzona@aol.com 602.743.3592 Mary Leifel has been a practicing reflexologist and licensed massage therapist since graduating from the Arizona Institute of Reflexology in 2003. She maintains a small private practice in the Phoenix area. Ms. Leifel brings her 29 years of bookkeeping experience to her role as Treasurer. It's important to Ms. Leifel that AZRA remains a healthy, viable association promoting the field of Reflexology, and assisting members by providing information, education, mentorship and networking. Recording Secretary: Pat Goggans pevelyngoggans@aol.com 520.296.6925 Pat Goggans received her Reflexology Certificate from Advanced Healing Arts, (renamed Asiam Healing Arts) in 1998. Her entire working career has been based in health related areas, such as registered Medical Technologist in diagnostic and research labs and also teaching and coordinating health programs for students pursuing health careers. Pat retired after seventeen years of coordinating teaching laboratories at the University of Arizona’s College of Medicine in the Department of Physiology. Pat maintains a private practice in Tucson concentrating on providing reflexology to seniors and adults having medically diagnosed chronic disorders. Membership Secretary: Angela Schumacher holyhock@cox.net Angela Schumacher is in private practice in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area of Arizona. She is licensed through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy and holds membership in the Arizona Reflexology Association. Angela is a graduate of Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in the Master Massage Practioner Program. She carries certification in Reflex Zone Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Meridian Tapping and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Algorithm training. Additionally she is trained in muscle testing, acupressure touch and reactive muscles to improve and reduce physical and mental discomfort by Dr. John Thie of the IKC. Angela is dedicated to the teaching of quantum healing, vibrational medicine and energy psychology, which she brings to her clients each and everyday. Personally she enjoys organic gardening, and time spent with her supportive husband and two boys. |
